Pricing questions answered

Is there a free trial for Pro?
You can start on the Free plan immediately with no credit card required. When you're ready to upgrade, your first Pro period starts right away.
Does ClientPal take a cut of my invoice payments?
No. ClientPal never processes payments. You add your own payment link (PayPal, Wise, Revolut, etc.) and clients pay you directly. We charge a flat monthly subscription — never a percentage of your earnings.
What happens to my clients if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, existing clients and their portals remain accessible. You won't be able to add more clients beyond the Free limit until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings at any time with no penalty. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pro subscriptions are processed via Lemon Squeezy and support all major credit and debit cards. Your subscription renews monthly.
Do my clients pay anything?
No — ClientPal is free for your clients. They just open their portal link and pay invoices you send them.
